What cars will this work on?
This should work on Volvo XC40 and C40, all model years. To make sure, please review your liftgate handle to make sure it’s sized similar to this at 12 3/8 inch long at the longest part.
What will my car look like afterwards?
No real difference.
What will the benefit look like?

Does this impact the 360 Camera view
No, the spacer doesn’t impact the stitching that is done to create the 360 view.
What issues might I run into?
The only consideration at this time is that this does push the back part of the latch down a bit towards the license plate, if you have a bulky license plate, or plate cover, it may come in contact with it. If you install it and your back liftgate will not close, then this is likely your issue. You can see the distance in the circles on the left-hand side and how the distance is much closer afte installation.
